Prices from £200 for a simple 18ft GRP yacht.

The craft will be inspected to confirm that it is actually as described by the owners in respect of make,  model, condition, specification.

The structure will be assessed for integrity and factors that may affect the survivability.

The machinery assessment covers the installation and external condition of engines and systems such as fuel and gas which affect the risk to the insurers.

An overview of the maintenance and cosmetic appearance affecting value will be given

A valuation may be requested by either owner or insurance company and this can be provided at a nominal extra fee.
